Yes. 14 days, no payment details needed. If you decide to continue, you add a card before the trial ends. If you don’t, your account simply pauses.

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard in one click. Your subscription stops at the end of your current billing period — no phone calls, no awkward emails.

If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment we’ll refund you in full, no questions asked. Beyond that, refunds are at our discretion — but we’ll always try to make it right.

Your site is published at yourname.practiva.io straight away, for free. On Practitioner and above you can connect your own domain (like yourname.co.uk) — we’ll walk you through it.

Yes. During sign-up, paste the link to your current site and we’ll pull across what we can — your bio, services, fees. You can keep anything that works and replace anything that doesn’t.

Yes. Every Practiva site is built to be indexed by search engines. You won’t rank for ‘therapist near me’ on day one — that takes time and content — but you’ll be findable by people searching your name immediately.

Yes, on every plan. Most clients will find you on their phone, so we treat mobile as the default, not an afterthought.

Every site has a contact form. Submissions arrive in your Practiva dashboard as a new enquiry, and we email you straight away so you don’t miss anything.

Online booking is rolling out shortly for Practitioner and above. Until then, clients submit enquiries via the contact form and you arrange sessions however you prefer.

Yes. Everything is encrypted at rest and in transit. We’re a UK-registered data controller and handle all client information under UK GDPR. See our privacy policy for the full picture.

You can export your contacts, session notes, and documents at any time. After cancellation we keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then it’s permanently deleted.
